Returns and Refunds
Return window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items may be opened or unopened. The only exception is our Sea Moss Gel, which is final sale due to perishability.
How to start a return
- Request an RMA by contacting us at 1-800-893-2803, customerservice@redskitchensink.com, or chat. Include your order number.
- Pack the item securely with all components and accessories. Use a tracked shipping method.
- Ship your return to the address we provide in the RMA instructions.
Who pays for return shipping
Customer pays return shipping for all returns that are not our error. Original outbound shipping is not refundable.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please report issues within 14 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. If we confirm damage, defect, or an incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid label and issue a replacement or refund after inspection.
Refund method and timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing, plus your bank’s posting time.
Items not eligible for return
- Sea Moss Gel: final sale due to perishability.
Wholesale returns
Wholesale or bulk orders require prior approval and an RMA before returning. Unauthorized wholesale returns may be refused.
Address issues and non-deliveries
If an order is returned to us as refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, a reship fee may apply to send it again.
International orders
We accept international returns within 30 days of delivery. Customer pays return shipping. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not refundable. Orders returned due to unpaid customs or import restrictions are refunded less original shipping and any carrier non-delivery fees. Sea Moss Gel is not eligible for international return.
