Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Red’s Kitchen Sink. This page explains how returns and refunds work, including a special note for perishable items like Sea Moss Gel.

Return Eligibility
Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they are:
- Unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- In the same condition as received
Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable items, including Sea Moss Gel, except where noted under the Sea Moss Gel policy below.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out before shipping anything back.
How to Start a Return
- Email customerservice@redskitchensink.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos, if the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions. Please do not send returns to the address on the shipping label unless we confirm it is the correct return address.
- Package the item securely. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Return shipping: Customers pay return shipping for standard returns. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item, we will make it right.
Perishable Items: Sea Moss Gel (Special Policy)
Sea Moss Gel is a perishable product. Because it is freshly made and temperature sensitive, we handle it differently.
Sea Moss Gel is not eligible for standard returns or refunds once delivered.
That said, if your Sea Moss Gel arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we will take care of it. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping label
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and inventory availability. We may also ask additional questions to confirm the issue, especially for temperature related concerns. These orders are shipped to arrive within 2 days and will still be fine even if its thawed and/or warm upon arrival. It is the customers responsibility to ensure upon delivery (we do send tracking as long as an email is provided at ordering) the gel is immediately refrigerated or frozen.
Important: Delivery delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or incorrect addresses can affect perishables. We will still help where we can, but these situations may limit refund or replacement options.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Email customerservice@redskitchensink.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review and, if confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund based on the situation.
Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time: Typically 3 to 5 business days after approval
- Shipping fees: Original shipping fees are not refundable
If you do not see the refund after it is processed, check with your bank or card provider. Posting times vary.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to place a new order, then request a return for the eligible item (if applicable). If you received the wrong item, contact us and we will fix it.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except for damaged or incorrect items.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
If your international order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days so we can assist.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missing apartment or suite number, or being unclaimed, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
We will contact you when the package is returned so you can confirm an updated address. Shipping fees are not refundable for orders returned due to address errors.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, email customerservice@redskitchensink.com as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel it.
