Our Return Policy

 

In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our customer service department.  They can be reached via phone at 1-(800)-893-2803, email: customerservice@redskitchensink.com or via chat.

 You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Sample items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.

You will be charged a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product back to us is at your expense and will not be refunded.

Additionally, the Shipping cost we paid to ship the order to you is also non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, or Haircare or perishable items (Sea Moss Gel) due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

 

Damaged/Incorrect Items

We will provide a refund and a return shipping label in the following instances.

In the event that your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item. Your claim must be received within 5 days from the date you receive your order. Please email or call Red’s Kitchen Sink customer service at

1-(800)-893-2803 to receive a RMA return authorization first.

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.

  • RMA number
  • Full name and address
  • Phone number
  • e-mail address

Any return package that has not been received by Red’s Kitchen Sink and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

 **Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return or exchange or refund upon receipt of your package.

 In the event of a refund

 Refund will be in the same form of currency used for the purchase.  For example, if the item was purchased with a credit card, issue a credit to that same credit card.  In the event that the purchase was made by PayPal, PayPal will issue a check directly.

 If your package is returned to Red’s Kitchen Sink marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $5.95 re-shipping fee.

 CANCELLATIONS

Please be sure of your purchase and complete shipping address prior to completing your order.

Since we use automated order processing, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been shipped. If you have any other questions, please email our customer service department

International Customs Fees/Taxes

International shipments must clear customs in their destination countries. International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, and/or taxes that their package may incur. We are not able to determine the amount of these fees before shipping to you. Any order returned to us due to non-payment of customs fees will be subject to the original shipping charge plus a 20% restocking fee as these products can take up to 3 months to reach us. Please be sure of your country's import restrictions and requirements prior to ordering. Any order returned to us due to your country's import restrictions or regulations will be subject to 20% restocking fee, plus the original shipping charge.

If a product is seized by customs, we cannot issue credit for that product.

Claims

You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order U.S. and within 28 days if international if you have not received your package.
