Certifed Organic and sustainably wild-harvested from the pristine waters of the Chilean coast, and lab-tested for quality and contaminants.  Please note this species of Irish/Sea Moss (chondrus crispus) is different from the species found in the Caribbean that we import from St. Lucia.
