Flat Rate U.S. Shipping
- Continental U.S. (Lower 48 states): $6.95 flat rate on all standard orders.
- Alaska & Hawaii: $12.95 flat rate due to higher carrier costs.
- Wholesale Orders: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Special Note on Sea Moss Gel (Perishable)
- Shipping Schedule: Sea Moss Gel ships Monday through Wednesday only via 2-Day delivery to maintain freshness.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed after Wednesday are processed, then ship the following Monday.
- Transit Time: Delivery is within 2 business days once shipped.
International Orders
- We also ship internationally. Typical delivery is 2–4 weeks. International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing and local postal services.
- Customs fees, import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
- Perishable items like Sea Moss Gel are not available for international shipping.
Other Shipping Details
- Carriers: USPS, UPS or FedEx, chosen based on destination and order size.
- Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
- Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier; however, we are happy to assist customers in filing a carrier claim when applicable.
