At Bourbon Street Ice, our beignets were known for their pure ingredients and unforgettable flavor. Even after the restaurant closed during the pandemic, customers continued to ask where that taste went.

This mix is the answer.
It carries the same standard of care, made with Italian 00 flour, organic sugar and premium dairy free ingredients that create the signature New Orleans “pillow” texture. Light on the inside, gently crisp on the outside and finished with a snowfall of powdered sugar.

Inspired by the kitchens we grew up in, the quiet morning rituals and the familiar warmth of aunties and grandmas cooking, these beignets bring that experience home.

Each batch is a small tribute to the women who shaped our flavors and the city that gave these treats their soul. Now you can recreate that comfort in your own kitchen, wherever you are.



HOW TO MAKE IT 

1. Combine
Stir dry mix with warm water (105 to 110°F) and oil. Let rest 3 minutes.

2. Knead
Knead for 2 minutes, adding small amounts of flour if needed until soft and elastic.

3. Rise
Cover and let rise about 20 minutes until just puffy.

4. Roll & Cut
Roll to ¼ inch thick. Cut into 2½ inch squares.

5. Fry
Fry at 360°F for 60 to 90 seconds. Baste with hot oil for a perfect pillow shape.

6. Dust & Serve
Drain and coat in powdered sugar while warm.
